Book of claims

Customers will submit their claims or complaints in writing to our Jr. office. La Floresta N° 299 Dept. 205 Santiago de surco,by our website www.tyslogistics.com.pe, or emailor reclamos@tyslogistics.com.pe,which must include the date of the claim and the reason or situation that generates it.

T &SLOGISTICS, will verify the origin of the claim, through an analysis and investigation of the circumstances of the same. T &S LOGISTICS may request additional information or documentation from the client, if relevant to resolve the claim.

Whatever the result of the analysis, the company will respond in writing to the customer within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the claim.

CLAIM: Nonconformity related to the products or services.
COMPLAINT: Nonconformity not related to products or services, or discomfort or dissatisfaction with the attention to the public
